Called at midnight in a panic looking for a septic pump as my drains started over flowing and I thought my tank was full. Steve answered the phone and I explained the situation. The tank is less than 2 years old and he explained to me that it might be the filter in the tank causing the back up.
Steve took the time to explain to me how to do this myself. I cannot thank him enough, this alone absolutely earned my business in the future. He did not need to go out of his way to tell me how to do this and I appreciate that.
